How the collaboration works

Contact and initial conversation

You describe the problem or project. I respond within 2–4 hours.

Phone, e-mail or form. No formalities - understanding your problem matters more than paperwork.

Analysis and quote

I assess the scope of work and prepare a concrete quote. No surprises.

Fixed price or time-based billing - agreed upfront. The quote is binding unless the scope changes at your request.

Delivery

I do the work and keep you updated on progress.

Regular status updates - you know what's happening, even when you don't ask. Access to results during the project, not just at the end.

Handover and support

I hand over results, documentation and remain available after completion.

Every project ends with brief documentation. Questions after completion? I answer - no extra invoice.

Frequently asked questions

Do you work remotely or on-site?
I work mainly remotely - which allows me to act quickly without geographical constraints. For clients in Kraków and surroundings I'm also available on-site when the situation requires it.
How quickly can you start a project?
I can usually start within 1–3 business days of agreeing the details. In urgent cases - faster.
What is the minimum order?
I do not have a formal minimum - I accept both one-off small tasks and multi-month enterprise projects. I price each task individually.
Do you issue VAT invoices?
Yes, I work B2B and issue VAT invoices. I serve both Polish and international companies.
What if the project turns out to be more complex?
I let you know in advance and we decide together how to proceed. I don't silently rack up hours - transparency is my priority.
